For what you order available in stock, you can choose any of the following methods:

3. Does Royalmewigs accept returns?
1. The customer who isn't satisfied with the lace wigs, please contact us by email support@royalmewigs.com within 24 hours to make application of "return or exchange" since you sign for your goods. Overdue this item is not available.
2. In order to save your money ,we will provide you our express account, after we confirm your exchange or return request ,then you can send the wig back with it, And please note the declare value for shipment of customs is two U.S. dollars.
3. For custom wig, special offer products or clearance sale, unless quality problems, the size problems or the materials used does not match with the customer order. Otherwise no refund.
4. In order to ensure the safe transport of the wig ,be sure to contact us before sending the wig back, Please ! We have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission! Otherwise you will be responsible for all the losses arising therefrom.
5. This promise is applied for the in stock lace wigs, not include any used wigs, custom lace wigs, special offer products or clearance sale.
